My return got lost in the mail. What happens with my refund?

In the unlikely event that your return parcel does not make it back to Witchery, please contact us directly.

Can I drop my return off in store instead of shipping it back?

Refundid is currently only available for online returns. This means that you are unable to return your online purchases in store when using Refundid.

How do I upload my tracking number?

Log in to your Refundid account and click on the ‘Completed’ section. Select the appropriate order and follow the prompts to add your tracking details.

Where can I find my shipping tracking number?

Unless you purchase a return slip through Refundid, you’ll need to provide Refundid with a valid tracking number within 3 business days of receiving your instant refund. The location of the tracking number on your shipping receipt will depend on which postal service or courier you have chosen. Examples can be found here.

Where is my shipping label?

If you have purchased a return label through Refundid, you would have received an automatic email with your shipping label attached. Please check your inbox for an email from Refundid titled ‘Day(s) Left To Add Tracking’.


What are the fees associated with reversing a refund with Refundid?

Refundid is free to use—customers do not pay for this service.

In the event that your refund is cancelled or rejected, some fee(s) may apply. To view a full list of Refundid's fee schedule, head here.

Refundid has taken more money than my refund amount.

In the case that your refund has been reversed (i.e. your return has been rejected), the refund amount will be recouped from your nominated bank account. This may include the cost of the original shipping label that you purchased through Refundid.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

Please contact us directly to query a faulty item return—you may be eligible for a free return label. Once you have a return label, you can still receive your instant refund through Refundid by following the prompts and selecting ‘I have a return shipping label’.

If I choose to add my tracking number later, will you remind me before the deadline?

Yes, Refundid will send you email reminders to provide a tracking number. To avoid late fees, you’ll need to provide a tracking number within 3 business days of processing the instant refund. If no tracking number has been provided within 6 business days, your refund may be declined.

To add your tracking number, simply click the ‘Enter Tracking Number’ button found in the email reminders. If you are having trouble with this, please reach out to Refundid here as soon as possible so they can assist before the deadline.

How do I know that my refund has been approved?

You can view your refund status by selecting the ‘Completed’ section within your Refundid account.

What should I do if my refund was unsuccessful?

In the unlikely event that a refund is unsuccessful, please follow the steps below:

  1. Re-attempt processing your refund
  2. Try using a different debit card
  3. If you still can’t see your refund, please submit a request here.

How can I cancel my refund?

If you no longer want to return your items after the instant refund has been issued to you, please submit a request here as soon as possible. Please note that all refund cancellations incur a $1 fee and can take 1-2 business days to finalise.

Why has my refund been reversed?

There are two reasons your Refundid refund may be reversed:

  1. Your return was not sent back within the Refundid 7-day return policy. If the parcel is lost in transit, please contact the Witchery Customer Service team.
  2. Witchery has declined your refund.

If your return has been reversed by Refundid, please contact their customer support team.

Can I use Refundid for exchanges?

Yes, you can exchange items in the same way as requesting refunds.

Once you have completed your return request and received your money, you can then order the correct item as intended.

As per the refund request process, please ensure that you ship your returning item(s) within 7 days of processing your return.

Why do you need my personal details?

It is important to note that Refundid operates separately from the retailers that they partner with.

In order to adhere to their AML (Anti Money Laundering) regulations, Refundid requires customers to verify their details through a secured verification process. For more information, please see the Refundid Privacy Policy here.

Does Refundid conduct credit checks and/or influence my credit rating?

No, Refundid does not conduct any credit checks and using Refundid will not alter or influence your credit rating.

What banking details do I need to provide on sign up?

When you sign up to Refundid, you’ll be asked to provide your debit card details. Your refund will be paid into the bank account connected to this debit card.

What is Refundid?

How much can I get refunded with Refundid?

Refundid places an overall limit on the amount you are able to refund.

If the value of the items you wish to return exceeds your account limit, you will receive an error message preventing you from proceeding.

It is important to note that your refund limit will reset once your open returns are approved by Witchery.

Further, your refund limit will increase the more you use the platform.

If you need further assistance, please submit a request via Refundid.

Can I use Refundid if I purchased my order with a buy now pay later service, like Afterpay or Zip Pay?

Refundid works will all payment gateways. This means that you can still receive an instant refund with Refundid even if you originally purchased your item with a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) e.g. Afterpay, Zip Pay, Humm or Klarna.

Simply follow the usual Refundid process to receive an instant refund with Witchery. After that, you can then use the money that you receive instantly from Refundid to repay your outstanding balance with your BNPL service.

Please note, when using the Refundid platform your payments with your BNPL service will not be automatically cancelled. You will need to repay your BNPL provider with the money that is instantly transferred by Refundid.
