Can I buy these at my closest Witchery store?
No. Curated marketplace products are available online only.

Not at this stage. These products are shipped directly from our partners to you.
Can I return in store? How do I return?
Returns for curated products cannot be processed in-store. For change of mind returns, you’ll need to follow the online returns process provided in your order confirmation.
Can I get a refund? How does change of mind work?
Refunds will be processed according to the seller’s return policy. Details will be included with your order.
What shipping is offered for curated products?
Only standard shipping is available for curated products. Free shipping is included in purchases over $100.
How can I track my order if it’s a curated product order?
You’ll receive tracking details from the seller via email. You can also check your order status in your account.
Why am I receiving multiple parcels?
If you ordered from Witchery and curated products, your items will arrive separately.
Can I use Witchery gift cards on curated products?
Gift cards can be used for curated marketplace purchases.
I need a tax invoice provided, how can I obtain one for curated products?
